About TMDF

TMDF Construction Group, LLC is owned by Teresa Diaz, BSCE, a site development, due diligence, and preconstruction consultant based in Orlando / Central Florida. Teresa is also a Florida Certified General Contractor, CGC1540635.

Teresa has a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and more than 10 years of experience in land development, construction coordination, due diligence, and project support.

With a background in civil engineering, Florida land development, construction coordination, and certified general contracting, Teresa understands both the early due diligence side of a project and the preconstruction, bidding, and coordination support needed to move projects forward.

TMDF was created to help developers, civil engineering firms, architects, contractors, project owners, and real estate teams move early site research, due diligence, agency coordination, permit research, preconstruction review, bidding support, and project coordination forward more efficiently.

TMDF is based in Orlando, FL and provides remote site development, due diligence, preconstruction, bidding, and project coordination support throughout Florida and select U.S. markets.

Primary service focus includes Florida projects, with remote support available for select out-of-state due diligence, take-off, and preconstruction assignments.

In-person site visits or agency meetings may be available by request in Central Florida, depending on project location and availability.
